MINUTE entry before the Honorable Andrea R. Wood: Telephonic status hearing held on 1/31/2025. For the reasons stated on the record, the Defendants' motions at document nos. [122], [126], [124], and [130], to the extent construed as motions to dismiss the complaint and to lift the preliminary injunction, are denied. Written order to follow. Defendants Zuskyzu, bitimaoyi and Qiuxia Zhang shall file an answer to Plaintiff's complaint by 2/18/2025. If Defendants fail to file an answer that is, a formal statement of whether they admit, deny, or lack sufficient information to admit or deny the allegations of the complaint then they will be in default. By 2/3/2025, Plaintiff is directed to file an updated Schedule A that includes a current list of the Defendants who remain in the case. Additionally, by 2/21/2025, Plaintiff shall file a supplement to their motion for default judgment. Telephonic status hearing set for 2/28/2025 at 9:45 AM. To ensure public access to court proceedings, members of the public and media may call in to listen to telephonic hearings. The call-in number is (650) 479-3207 and the access code is 1808131170. Counsel of record will receive an email 30 minutes prior to the start of the telephonic hearing with instructions to join the call. The Defendants operating the Defendants Internet Stores listed in Schedule A to the Complaint are hereby advised: Plaintiff has charged Defendants with violations of United States federal laws prohibiting copyright infringement, and state and federal law prohibiting false designation of origin.

Any answer, or other response to the Complaint, should be filed with the Clerk of the Court, United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, Eastern Division, Chicago, Illinois within twenty-one (21) days from when the summons is served upon you.
